Island House Restoration Ltd (company number 12452655), Globe House, Market Street, Laugharne, Carmarthenshire SA33 4SA. Email info@islandhouse.wales. We are the data controller for the information described here.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not store information that identifies you; we see only totals, such as the number of visits, the pages viewed, the referring website and the country. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them only to send you the Island House newsletter, about once a month. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by confirming your address through the link we email you.
Your details are held by our email provider, Resend, which sends the newsletter on our behalf and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by emailing us. We keep your details until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only the record that you unsubscribed, so that you are not emailed again.
If you email or phone us, we use what you send only to reply, and keep it only as long as needed for that.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@islandhouse.wales. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
